1. Who is eligible to participate in auction events at TSG Auction Mart?

Participation is limited to registered Dealers exclusively.

2. How many representatives can a registered member bring to participate in the auction?

A maximum of two representatives per registered member are permitted.

3. Are visitors allowed at the auction events?

The entry of visitors is at the discretion of TSG Auction Mart, and they must comply with specific regulations, including surrendering arms and weapons at the security gate.

4. Is there a refundable security deposit required to participate in auction events?

Yes, buyers (or bidders) must submit a refundable security deposit (RSD) of ₹20,000 per car, which is interest-free.

5. Can bid cards be transferred to another person?

No, bid cards cannot be transferred. Any attempt to do so may result in bid cancellation and potential blacklisting.

6. What happens if a buyer cancels after winning a bid?

If a buyer cancels, the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) will be forfeited, and the buyer may face blacklisting from future auction events.

7. Is there a time limit for completing the balance payment after winning a bid?

Yes, the balance payment must be settled within the subsequent three working days post the auction.

8. When will the original documents for the car be provided?

The original documents (Registration Certificate and Insurance Policy) will be provided solely during the delivery process.

9. What does "AS IS WHERE IS" condition mean for the sold vehicles?

The vehicle is sold in its "AS IS WHERE IS" condition, and TSG Auction Mart assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the odometer's kilometer reading or the overall condition of the vehicle.

10. Can buyers claim a refund or adjustment with the sale price of the car?

Yes, to claim a refund or adjustment, the buyer must present and surrender the original receipt for the security deposit.

11. How are disputes resolved between participants, buyers, and TSG?

Disagreements or disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act of 1996.

12. Is there a warranty on the cars auctioned at TSG Auction Mart?

No, vehicles are auctioned in a strictly "as-is, where-is" condition, and no warranty or guarantee is provided.

13. Can buyers return cars after purchase?

No, returns will not be accepted for cars sold at auctions.

14. How are service charges paid to TSG Auction Mart?

The buyer is required to pay a service charge to TSG Auction Mart, amounting to 1% of the sale price, plus service tax, as an additional fee beyond the sale value of the used car.
